Special Note: Christmas Orders

Shipping timelines are often longer leading up to the holidays. While we cannot guarantee delivery in time for Christmas, in our experience orders placed by the end of November generally arrive prior to Christmas. We recommend you place Christmas orders early to avoid disappointment, as many seasonal products can also sell out early.

How long will my order take to arrive?

On average, orders take about two weeks to arrive in the US or Canada. A number of factors can affect this, and we are unfortunately not able to provide a guaranteed delivery timeframe. Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking info so that you can check the status of your shipment on its way to you.

How much is shipping?

Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on the total weight of your order and destination.

Shipping costs or Germanboxes Club Box subscriptions are included in the subscription price.

Do you offer free shipping?

We do not offer free shipping at the moment.

Do you offer express shipping?

We do not offer express shipping at the moment.

Taxes and duties

All of our orders ship directly from Germany. Depending on your jurisdiction, you may be required to pay taxes and/or duties on your order. These fees will be collected by the carrier on delivery. We In our experience, nearly all shipments are delivered free of customs charges  by USPS or Canada Post, however customers are responsible for any taxes or duties that are charged at receipt.

Germanboxes Club

Shipping costs are included in the price of the Germanboxes Club Box subscription.

Club Boxes will ship around the same time each month. In general, shipping time is about two weeks to the US and Canada, but can vary. You will receive a tracking number when your order ships so that you can check on the status of your shipment.
