Holiday shipping notice
With the holidays approaching, shipping may experience delays. We ship directly from Germany, and our usual time from order to delivery at the moment is 10-14 days. We monitor tracking for all orders closely, but unfortunately have no control over the exact delivery timeline.
We recommend ordering products for timely delivery before Christmas by the end of November, although later orders may also still deliver on time.

When will my order arrive?
The exact shipping time from Germany can vary, especially at the moment due to slowdowns in mail processing - we have seen packages take over two weeks. You will receive a tracking number for your delivery shortly after it is shipped out.
What is the shipping cost?
Shipping quotes will be quoted during checkout, and depend on weight and destination.
Will I have to pay taxes or duties?
Your order will arrive via USPS (or Canada Post). In our experience, fees are rarely charged, but if they are, customers are responsible for paying any taxes or duties.

When will my Club Box arrive?

Returns & Refunds
As most of our product selection is food items, we do not accept returns or exchanges - all sales are final.
If you have placed an order that has not yet shipped, we may be able to cancel your order. Please reach out to us.
